Kevin Haweny
Kevin Haweny is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Entech, a nationally recognized, human resources consultancy established in 1999. With over 25 years of experience in human capital procurement and workforce management, Kevin has played a critical role in shaping Entech’s innovative approach to talent management solutions.
Kevin’s expertise lies in process optimization, AI driven talent acquisition methodologies, and customized workforce solutions that address each customer’s unique business challenges. Effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) facilitates an efficient onboarding process for lowering the cost per hire (CPH). He looks for opportunities to reduce employee turnover while enhancing organizational performance. His commitment to measurable outcomes ensures clients achieve a clear Return on Investment (ROI) and are partnered for long-term success.
In addition to his leadership at Entech, Kevin is passionate about community involvement. He served as both a youth coach and Director for Coral Springs United-FC, where he oversees financial operations for a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing athletic and soccer skills training to youth year-round.

Valerie is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Entech, a full-service Human Resources consultancy established in 1999. The company is proudly nationally recognized as a certified woman-owned (WBE) and small business (SBE). With over 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Valerie has built a reputation as a leader in talent acquisition, executive recruitment, executive coaching and developing comprehensive workforce solutions for clients.

Stephanie joined Entech as the Director of Talent Acquisition in June 2008. She is responsible for business development and resource procurement for our clients in the digital media space. Overall Stephanie has 17 years of successful recruiting experience for global Fortune 500 companies including Lucent Technologies, Merck & Co., and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She is also part of our Executive Leadership Team providing training and support to our staff of recruiters.
